Love you always

A married lady was expecting a birthday gift from her husband. For many months she had admired a beautiful diamond ring in a showroom,
and knowing her husband could afford it, she told him that was all she
wanted.
As her birthday approached, this lady awaited signs that her husband
had purchased the diamond ring.
Finally, on the morning of her birthday, her husband called her into his study.
Her husband told her how proud he was to have such a good wife, and told her how much he loved her.
He handed her a beautiful wrapped gift box.
Curious, the wife opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible,
with the wife's name embossed in gold.
Angrily, she raised her voice to her husband and said, 'With all your money you give me a Bible?' And stormed out of the house leaving her husband. Many years passed and the lady was very successful in business. She
managed to settle for a more beautiful house and a wonderful family,
but realized her ex-husband was very old, and thought perhaps she
should go to visit him. She had not seen him for many years.
But before she could make arrangements, she received a telegram
telling her that her ex-husband had passed away, and willed
all of his possessions to her. She needed to come back immediately
and take care of things.
When she arrived at her ex-husband's house, sudden sadness and
regret filled her heart. She began to search through her ex-husband's
important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as she had left it
years before.
With tears, she opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. Her
ex-husband had carefully underlined a verse, Matt 7:11,
'And if you, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children,
how much more shall your Heavenly Father, who is in heaven,
give what is good to those who ask Him?'
As she read those words, a tiny package dropped from the back of
the Bible. It had a diamond ring, with her name engraved on it --
the same diamond ring which she saw at the showroom.
On the tag was the date of her birth, and the words. 'LUV U ALWAYS'.
How many times do we miss God's blessings, because they are not
packaged as we expected? I trust you enjoyed this.

I'm Not a Shrink..I'm a Cheerleader!!!

Ha!! I got your attention didn't I....well yes it was intentional. i've often wondered why when someone want to ''intentionally'' insult you, he/she will often say ''with all due respect'' or better still ''no harm intended'' and will expect you to say ''none taken''.....well BULLCRAP!! cut the courtesy and BRING IT ON!!! i'll give it to you sooo bad that you'll wonder what just hit you....ooops!!!where are my manners...pleeaase.

Now back to the tale of the day...from my years of counselling people, both married and unmarried i've come to one conclusion...Most men want a cheerleader for a wife! Not a ground breaking, earth shattering discovery but most useful to the selected few who know about it. I'm not saying you should go get your pom-pom and start shouting Goooo Hussy!! What I'm saying is that wives should learn to support their husbands by learning to cheer every thing, no matter how little, the man is doing. Then and only then will they get the deserved love and attention they have been so craving for. Be your man's numero uno fan and see the spark come back to your relationship.

I know there are some boms and jerks and scumbags and... the list goes on and on, out there but when you finally get round to finding that special someone you are willing to give up your maiden name for....learn to be their lead cheerleader.

I rest my case....ALL RISE!!!

Let the Fun begin

Finally!!! i've got rid of my kids!!!!! Now,Now...before you start running to call 999 or 911 or whatever, i didnt 'wack' them just simply sent them over to their graners for the long Vac. They are happy i am happy so forget about it as my italian friends will say.

suddenly the sun is brighter, the grass is greener, the sky is bluer.... oh what a happy day....hahahahahaha. All the mothers in the house will definitely know the feeling and fathers????..hmmmm, you know the feeling.

Today i set out to write about more serious things like how most of the youth in my country, Nigeria are jobless but the euphoria of my new found freedom has swept me off my feet and I LIKE IT!!! i think i'll leave it for another day because i do not want to trivialise such a serious thing as this. one thing i did though is to start a blog - LATEST JOBS IN NIGERIA its a blog for job seekers. This is so cool because i am able to put in my little quota to alienate unemployment in my country.

OK, enough said, i think i'll just go on enjoying the rest of my new found freedom with hussy...wink wink, nudge nudge...lol
